Wire Connectors with Orange Levers - Wago and ?
This video compares some genuine Wago branded 222 series wire connectors with some other unbranded items which look almost identical.

222 vs PCT
The genuine Wago connectors are from the 222 series, 222-413 and 222-415 for the 3 and 5 hole types respectively.
The others are PCT-213 and PCT-215 - the manufacturer is unknown, but they are available from a large number of suppliers, most of which are located in China or Taiwan.
Externally and internally the connectors are virtually identical, with the only noteable difference being the internal metal component being made of a single piece for the Wago, and individual pieces for the PCT type.
