Poole Dolphin Shopping Centre

This shopping centre is located in the centre of Poole, Dorset. Postcode BH15 1SQ.

Built in several stages from the late 1960s onwards it is fairly typical of shopping centres of that period, and includes several lifts to access the various car parks.

Bennie Lifts

Most of the lifts are examples by Bennie Lifts, a company no longer in existence. The lift interiors appear to be mainly original, other than the newer control panels which are fiarly recent additions.

This video was recorded on 29 January 2019. Posters advertising the Christmas Park & Ride scheme from over a month earlier are still visible in several locations.
