BS7671:2018 Section 722 EV Charging
The main point regarding earthing is that TN-C-S cannot be used for EV charging equipment unless one of three specific items is met. Unfortunately those three items are next to impossible in reality, and the only realistic option is to use a separate earth electrode as a TT system, not connecting to the TN-C-S earth at all.
